A hands-on 1 lb pushbot competition where secondary school students assemble and pilot their own robots in head-to-head battles.

Match
At a Glance
One team. One robot. One pit.
Capacity is limited to 16 teams per category and two teams per school across both categories. Places are first come, first served.
Category B
Upper Secondary
Form 4-5, ages 16-17. Competition day: 15 November 2026.
Team
One non-piloting advisor and three student competitors from the same age category.
Format
Four-team groups, with the top two from each group advancing to the knockout stage.
Pilots
Students only. One student pilots per match; duties may rotate between matches.
Battle Format
Push the opponent into the pit
A pit-out or opponent self-out ends the round. If neither happens within three minutes, judges decide the winner based on control and aggression.

Bring
One Android smartphone per team, running Android 6.0 or above, for robot control.
Pinning
Pins are limited to 10 seconds. Teams must disengage when instructed by the referee.
Kit Return
The complete loaned robot kit must be returned when the team is eliminated or when the competition ends.

Awards in each category
Category A and Category B are awarded separately. All student participants receive a certificate of participation.
